Hey, I’m Corinne!
I AM A CERTIFIED HOLISTIC NUTRITION COACH WHO LOVES TO COOK, WEIGHTLIFT, READ, AND SOAK UP THE SUNSHINE.
I started to get serious about my health and wellness in 2021 when I felt I was at my lowest, mentally and physically. Right before the Covid pandemic, I acquired some very unhealthy habits that took a toll on my mind and body.
After experiencing my transformation, I decided to become certified in holistic nutrition and health and wellness coaching so that I could help others experience their journey to a happier and healthier life!
Our bodies are strong, wonderful, and beautiful and we have a beautiful world around us that we get to utilize to support these truths about our body. You are not alone in this experience!
