Being your own health advocate means taking an active role in managing and promoting your own health and well-being. It involves advocating for yourself in healthcare settings, making informed decisions about your health, and actively participating in your healthcare journey. When we understand our health and play an active role in our journey to health, we are more likely to live a satisfying, healthy life. According to the International Coaching Federation, a health coach helps you achieve this by partnering with you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential.

Along with health advocacy, partnering with our health coach fills the gaps in preventative care. Preventative care is healthcare services and interventions aimed at preventing illness and promoting overall health and well-being. Doctors and nurses only have so much time to focus on behavior change and guiding you to unlock your potential through self-determined health goals. This is where our health coach can help you. We will partner with you to develop sustainable healthy habits that will help you achieve a higher level of health and well-being.
Our Mission
is to help you become your own health advocate and fill the gaps in preventative care.
Nutrition is our focus because...
Food is fuel. No matter what goal you want to achieve with your body, you must support that process with food. Real, whole, nutritious food is not the enemy. Rather, it is our ally. We need it to survive and we need it to thrive. Our body is like a tree. If our roots are deep in things that harm (or do not support) our body, then the tree will bear bad fruit. Examples of this fruit are weight gain, unhealthy weight loss, acne, hair loss, bloating, insulin resistance, exhaustion, sleep struggles, immune struggles, etc.
"Bad Fruit"
"Bad Roots"
Optimal health must be built on an optimal foundation.
Hi, I'm Corinne, Holistic Nutrition Coach!
I received my Holistic Nutrition and Health and Wellness Coach certifications through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) in 2023.
I started to get serious about my health and wellness in 2021 when I felt I was at my lowest, mentally and physically. Right before the Covid pandemic, I acquired some very unhealthy habits that took a toll on my mind and body. I transitioned to an online job, where I had an extremely unbalanced work life. My life WAS my job and my stress levels were through the roof.

This led to binge eating, going to sleep late and waking up late, late-night snacking, acquiring unhealthy coping mechanisms, increased anxiety, weight gain, fatigue, acne, and bitterness. To say the least, I was not the woman I wanted to be.
At that time, I didn't know exactly what to do, but I knew I had to do something to change.
One of the decisions that changed the course of my life was making my health and well-being a priority. At the beginning, I was intimidated by the gym and didn't know where to start with nutrition. I made the decision to learn as I go and take one day at a time. Instead of counting calories, macros, or weighing myself, I simply changed my lifestyle and learned to love the woman I saw in the mirror, no matter the stage of the journey I was at.
After A few months of consistency, I started to see change, but I also started to feel better!
Over the course of the last few years, through consistency, I have seen more and more benefits to this lifestyle. Clear mind, less anxiety, clear skin, healthy weight, body strength, mental strength, energy, more positivity, and so much more!

I am passionate about helping others experience their own journey to a happier and healthier life! Our bodies are strong, wonderful, and beautiful and we have a beautiful world around us that we get to utilize to support these truths about our body.

I am so excited to help you on this journey! You are not alone! ♡
